Comment | I used to work with Scottish Power in their call centre and I'd definitely advise finding a different company ASAP 😂 they over estimate your usage and charge you based on that. Since you have a smart meter, you can check your avg annual usage and calculate costs based on new unit rates and standing charges and see how much it should actually be. They will also block you moving to another company if you have debt on your account, even if it its negligible. |
