Turn your buzzer off, you let them in so they keep doing it. Contact your building factor. Honestly sounds like anti social behaviour so should be brought up with the police, the police won't tell them who the snitch was. Guests in and out all day long isn't exactly normal and sounds like they could be dealing which would perk a few ears.
