I was about to say that if things don't work out I'll go back to Bulgaria and buy a mansion with these money until I realised that in Sofia 60 m2 flats in panel blocks that wouldn't be out of place in Wyndford or Castlemilk are already going for €130-140k. Probably doesn't sound that bad until you realise that the average salary in Sofia is no more than 1/2 that in Glasgow. So apparently it's not just in Scotland that the housing market has gone utterly nuts. 😂
