It's a shame because it's a fucking lovely place. Short of one of my neighbours selling up and taking pity on me, I know as soon as my landlord sells up I'll be on my arse trying to find anywhere decent around G42. Even the grimy shoebox tenements opposite Cathcart station with barely room for a sofa are going over 100k now.
