| Comment | How did you find out the sale price so quickly ?
We missed out on one a few weeks back, was 5th out of 13 offers and went 35k over valuation, I asked what the sale price was and the solicitor told me they don't disclose, but it will become public some weeks later.
prices just now are insane and show no signs of slowing, at least where i'm looking. |
