Just to add, you really don't want to be double-insured on buildings insurance, as at best this can make claims really slow and complicated (as the insurance companies will look to reclaim costs from each other), and at worst can potentially breach the insurance terms and invalidate the cover. If you have a communal building insurance then all you need is personal contents insurance, which would be the normal practice for 90% of tenement flat owners.
