Comment | It's really weird though that in Edinburgh tenement flats generally go for 5-10% over HR max (if we can trust ESPC data, which we probably can), while at the same time everything in Glasgow seems to go 20-30% over. I get that Glasgow flats are generally nicer and more spacious when we control for HR value, but still. Not to be overly conspiratorial but maybe there's an element of deliberately undervaluing properties in order to draw more potential purchasers? |
