Tell your friends a certain way to press your buzzer the don't answer any other buzzes after 11am - because you're ground-floor you will always be the first one to be buzzed.
If there are any other 'normal' tenants in the close, maybe speak to them about any ideas y'all might have, but when you're faced with multiple assholes in the same close, your options as an ordinary person are shamefully limited. |
