To be honest in my experience there’s nothing you can really do to appease this kind of neighbour. Had the same kind of trouble, police turning up at our door multiple times etc on nonsense noise complaints. They were surprisingly understanding (for pigs) and told us to report her for harassment if it continued. Sometimes there’s just nothing to be done!! You have to live your life.
