| Comment | I would get the entire place carpeted or add some large rugs and always wear slippers. I’ve currently got a noisy upstairs neighbour with you kids who run around constantly, and yes while it’s part of living in a block of flats, there are steps you can take to make things easier on both you and your neighbour. It will also hugely benefit you with the huge spike in electricity charges. Carpets and rugs will make your fist much warmer. |
