Just to be safe, avoid living under anyone of birthing age (this sounds gross but I can’t think how else to put it). That nice childless couple might fuck up their contraception. I only want to live under 70 year old single men now (this also sounds gross lol).
Edit: just remembered David Letterman got his girlf pregnant when he was in his mid 60s. Top floor flat or bust!
