| Comment | Sounds awful. I live in a block of flats and had a lot of issues with neighbours including the rubbish lying all over the communal garden. Had made me and my partner miserable. Finally leaving in a few months, really tried to get a house but no luck so it's another flat but we have our own private garden, driveway and doorway and not as many neighbour, so hopefully not as much drama. I really hope you can get out. In meantime call the council noise complaint team and whoever the team is that deals with tipping |
