As someone who lives in a lower cottage flat, please do, and thank you for your consideration 🤣. The noise we get just from our neighbours walking around is absolutely horrendous. Plus every single floorboard they have squeaks and their toddler runs around constantly and is up till all hours. Never would have thought such a small person could sound like a herd of elephants overhead 🤣🤣
