Fuck, I had a neighbour who did that. Stupid bastard was so blootered he couldn't work his keys, so he tossed them away and decided to boot his own door in instead. When that failed he fell about everywhere looking for his keys again. When I saw the cunt's wife (apparently away at the time, or deaf as a post) she just said, "ach, you know what men are like."
