Having worked in hospitality for years, this is just from my own experience, the majority of bouncers are total dicks. Most will actively go out their way to start shit or be awkward.
Speaking to them when I’d be on a break or whatever you can tell they get a kick from making people’s nights out a misery.
I’m not saying all are, I know many who aren’t, but most are total weapons.
