Yes and no, I didn’t regret it. It’s difficult but it’s all gonna be dependant on where you’re buying. Unless you’ve got the money now, bidding wars are just gonna bum you out. If you can suck it up for 5-10 years somewhere a little further you’ll be in a better position later on.
