None. If there wasn't anything of 'immediately pawnable' value in it, you might find it in an alleyway on the route you travelled. But chances are it was opened, explored, then thrown in the nearest pile of trash.

The thing is, even if somebody is feeling charitable, there's not really anywhere to hand something in, without walking for miles out of your way. A couple of weeks ago I found a wallet at a taxi rank, and though there was no cash in it, it had a bunch of credit/debit cards and drivers license/work ID/etc.

I felt I should hand it in, but ended-up walking a mile or so out of my way just to post it into a police-station that is only manned during the day. Most folks won't have the time or inclination to do that shit - so no, it's gone. :/
