| Comment | I've had that issue a couple of times where they're actually early rather than late - complained that said trains departed before scheduled time to various places and every time I get the stock line of ensuring I arrive in plenty of time. And when I point to them dodging the matter at heart, I've been met with indifference or lack of knowledge. And since it's SotRail - usually both at the same time. |
