| Comment | I miss being able to drink outside legally as I did abroad. But even so, there are a lot of fannies here who take the piss and need to be policed. Not sure how we'd reach a compromise to be honest, especially given the problematic nature of the police making judgement calls. Can you imagine the carnage if Glasgow was told tomorrow, 'you can now drink alcohol outside' ? And I say that as someone who likes the odd swally in the park as much as the next man. |
