| Comment | Nope. I think the issue is, as my neighbours suspected, that Amazon thinks our building is still an office and therefore don't deliver at weekends. It used to be an office but was converted to residential last year. How do I tell Amazon? CS said they will 'escalate' the issue but have little faith that it will happen. I tried a 'complaints' address I found but the email came back to say the account is no longer active.
