Comment | I took the survey which gave that 87% satisfied rating. It barely discussed the overall service and instead asked you in general terms about one set journey . The surveyors were out at times when it wasn't busy, i.e. when the trains were least likely to be delayed or cramped, so you wouldn't be pissed off when you met them. They used the results to then talk about the company as a whole, which was not what the survey presented itself as.
