| Comment | I just had a flashback to Argyle Street over twenty years ago when it was absolutely stowed on a Saturday. There used to be a fat blind woman outside M&S who sang The Power of Love (Jennifer Rush, not Frankie GTH) in a hellish monotone drone. Lots of old women would circle round and "ooh" and "ahh" and say she had the voice of an angel. Anyway, she got done by the DSS for not claiming the money she was making from busking and selling CD's, so that was that. |
