I think the fact that you need a guarantor and are on housing benefits may scare landlords away.
it's a shitty time for everyone and the market is crazy atm. a landlord is more than likely going to go with someone who has the funds/ability to pay on their own. I've heard that they're now asking people to make offers on rent! |
