| Comment | Yes unfortunately the government won't take on the responsibility of an insurer.
In reality I guess many BTL and private landlords would not mind taking people on benefits as they know its easy money, but all the other factors would make it a huge liability. Unless insurance companies view people with little to no income as credit worth rent guaranteed schemes will not work. |
