| Comment | Oh Christ…sorry OP, I thought it was just a woman and her chihuahua. Two border collies stuck in a flat barking all day sounds like hell. Poor dogs. Collies are so clever and need a lot of mental stimulation and exercise and they are obviously not getting it. Do they get exercised at all? If they got a lot of exercise, they’d be less likely to bark the place down. Some dog owners are just ignorant as to what a dog needs. |
