| Comment | Can’t believe there were 4!!!! That sounds crazy! Especially in a small flat! I’ve got a dog who barks sometimes so I always tend to see it from the dog owner point of view first. What you’re going through sounds awful. I actually have an ongoing issue with my neighbour and his dog, but it’s a different issue to yours. It’s more a neglect issue than a noise one and it’s proving just as hard for something to be done about it. Look after yourself OP. I would try not and engage with the owner, especially if she and her family can be aggressive. 6 years is a long time to put up with this. It sounds like you’re at breaking point. Stress the mental health aspect when you talk to the council. If you haven’t done so already, make an appointment with your doctor and see if they can suggest with copying mechanisms if you’re struggling. |
