Usually the takeaway give you a float of 15 quid in smash for you to give change with this doubles up as your petrol money.
When I still did it with the app orders the takeaway usually give you your delivery fee when you take the order.
When I did it 60/80 was norm for midweek and 120/140 for the weekend.
My mate does it and makes 70 a night but it costs him nearly 15/20 in fuel. I mean it's not bad as its tax free but its not great either. Also depending on the area some takeaways make you pay for the order up front so if a customer robs you it's on you. It never happened to me but happened to some guys I know.
