Blame the DVLA for that one. They change rules and don't actually inform people.
The fact that the rules changed on pedestrians crossing still hasn't came through my letterbox. Every single driver in the UK should get through the new driving rules whenever they change, or mandatory new theory testing each year.
The fact that I need to do Microsoft Certs every year to keep my certificate alive (Due to the fast changing nature of the IT Industry) but I don't for a literal many ton death box is ABSURD.
Just goes to show really. Lobbying is a Cancer. |
