| Comment | This. If she has bad acne she’s entitled to ask for a referral. Tell her to be persistent and not take no for an answer- say it’s affecting her mental health, they can’t argue with that. If it’s bad acne she needs prescription meds, and a private derm will just be charging her for the same thing she’d be getting for free on NHS. Independent skincare places like Skin by Zoe do great facials etc but they’re not qualified to deal with medical conditions. |
