Can't recommend a plumber, sorry, as all the work we've had done was as part of larger projects. This is a simple job, so consider a handy-person as well.

Or even DIY as they are not that hard to fit. You might just need some extra tools like a plumber's wrench, but nothing outrageously expensive. If it's plastic speed-fit pipes (and it probably is), then it's a piece of cake.

Shut off water (you may be lucky and have valves on the tap supply), let it run from the taps, uncouple, dump old, add new, new PTFE tape around any metal fixings (make sure you've not lost any rubber seals), screw it all back together, reopen water supply, check for leaks.
