You dont have to get raging, I just dont understand why you cant see it's an inconvenience for something like a burger van to just set up wherever the owner likes? If you think they should be able to, why stop with burger vans? Let anyone do whatever they want, where they want, when they want - fuck everyone else whose lives it impacts.
