From very rough googling looks like a spark's day rate is about £250.

I've replaced an inline switch before (not a socket on the wall) and it was like a 2 minute job. Let's say 10 switches/sockets is a 2 hour job and hourly rate is £30, I dunno if there'd be a call out charge but let's call that £50.

Personally I'd be right on youtube to see how it's done safely and properly and if it didn't look too daunting that is definitley something I'd try on my own.

I own various odd tools including screwdrivers and wirecutters so other than the parts I don't think I'd need to factor in the cost of tools.
