| Comment | I dodged a bullet when trying to buy a non-factored flat last year. During going through the missives (and chatting to a few neighbors) it came out that the neighboring flat was abandoned on the top floor and was leaking through to the flat below, so potentially a problem with the roof, managed to pull out of the sale thank god with only a legal bill but honestly it's a bit risky. That could have developed into a massive bill for the repair and no guarantee that the other residents would 1. be willing to share the bill and 2. that they would pay. |
