Self-factoring is a lot of work or could be depending on the amount of work needing to be done and then you need to worry about other flats not paying their fair share.
If self factoring I would want at least 3 different quotes for each job, regardless on how little it was.
Factors, in general, are fucking useless, in the development that I live has had about 5 or so over the 15 + years that I've lived in the development, each one more useless than the one before.
Factor are a poison chalice.
However, all that being said, we have got a new factor in over the past 7 or 8 months and they have done more in that time than all the other factors combined. |
