| Comment | We had the same situation, my SO convinced the other owners (8 flats, 2 agency let's, 6 owner/occupier) to get a factor, get repairs done, apply for grants. He had the lights on the stairs fixed out of his own pocket and we regularly cleaned the stairs and garden until a factor was appointed. Convincing owners that this protects / increases the value of the property was easy enough, and nearly all of them could afford the outlay (one of them is struggling so we ask only for minimal contribution from him) |
