| Comment | It depends on what you prefer really. I wanted to build a community spirit in my tenement, so I sent round cards and token gifts on Christmas and have set up a whatsapp group where we all talk to each other. We have a firepit out back where we meet sometimes and have a few drinks and a bbq in summer. It's not always happy times, we do get annoyed with each other, but I think it's working!
