Nice, at least you found somewhere you can call home and reduce your debt on the house meaning you equity is higher.

I mean in a few years maybe the housing market will not see same increases due to increase cost of living. Could mean in the long term you can get your ideal flat/home. I do feel sorry for people in substantial debt as even a 1% increase can cost thousands. I put most my savings into the deposit just to own more than the bank of my own home.
