| Comment | GlasGo are hopeless especially the app , took an age to book then when it did book , it took an age to give me a pick-up time and to top it all off the app showed the taxi was here (no taxi in sight), all of a sudden the app shows that im in the taxi on my journey.
Called the office at this point to be told they must have picked up the wrong person, don't know how as we were the only people on the street. Ended up having to wait 40 mins for another company. This was at like 1am on a Saturday. |
