My neighbor's cat is outside all day too and despite all my attempts he won't come to mine. I do have a dog and they have already met and bumped noses without a problem but he still does not trust my dog.
I have no diplomatic advise. If I was in your shoes I would just enjoy hanging out with the kitty. If they don't want the kitty going to other people's homes they should figure out what to do. Not your problem. |
