Yeah, it’s very frustrating! Good on you for emailing & trying your best though - feels like a bit of a losing battle sometimes. I’ve just tried to stop buying tetrapak because it’s a pain to recycle but entirely depends what you need to buy groceries wise, so won’t be possible for all.
