Comment | Isn't that just another way of paying you similar but making it look like enough for minimum wage increase.
Do the math to make things clearer. How much would it cost them doing it this way?
And how much keeping your hols paid and increasing to newer minimum wage.
I would bet its cheaper they way the boss man says hence they are doing it.
If you've got a union give them a shout. If not a member ask if someone is.
Maybe ask on the UK legal page, see if this is legal or not.
