Flinging someone’s bag out the door would be wide. Moving it is just par for the course.
I’ve done it many times. I’ll pick it up, as who’s it is and either give it to them, put it on the common table or drop it on the aisle.
Almost always they’ll just take their bag immediately and not say a word. They know they’re in the wrong
