tons of people have been having issues with renting lately, but you never know. all usual routes have already been mentioned. be prepared to pay a few months plus deposit and pet deposit up front if you go with the offer. And if your partner's with you you'll need to pay council tax, but with a discount (25% I think.) students don't pay
