A quality HMO? They don’t really exist tbh. If you had a quality place you probably wouldn’t go through the HMO faff of fire doors and noticeboards etc to get more rent from people.
Some are better than others though, clearly.
Check the usual suspects and filter for HMO’s.. Rightmove, Gumtree, S1 etc
