| Comment | I don’t mean to worry you unnecessarily, and I get that sometimes it’s either laugh or cry in these situations so joking about it could help, but your neighbour’s behaviour is not normal and incredibly unsettling and should be taken very seriously. He might just be a harmless wanker with an exhibitionist streak, but even then, involving innocent, unconsenting people in a kink is never ok. If you have kids or you live alone, I’d be phoning the police every single time it happens. The fact that you are scared, just confirms that it’s serious. If the police turn up at his door, might make him think twice? |
