Just being nosey here- so would this qualify as a ‘dark kitchen’?
I remember seeing a documentary about them on YouTube- was a wee bit alarming. I’d assume this would be more above board.
Or does any kitchen sending out food on behalf of another restaurant count as a dark kitchen? I really don’t know. If someone knows more about it would be interested to hear.
