That's 49 hours a week so at £30k that comes out to £11.77 an hour, not great on its own. The accomodation might push it over since you're saving on your rent, but you definitely want that in your contract otherwise they can just withdraw it at any time. I'd also be concerned about having my employer control my accomodation, makes it harder to leave if they're shite. I'd also be leary of only getting 1 full day off a week, that's really going to pile up over time and increase the chance of burnout.

If you really need the money then take it but I'd not stop looking for better.
