The lowest would be £27k but that assumes a standard 8 hours per day, 5 days per week job. You're being asked to work more than that.

As I said, the accomodation may add to the overall value of the payout (rent can easily be 700/month depending on where you live, so if you're not having to pay that, it's a pretty good deal) but you **must** get that written into your contract.
