Comment | Get the Saturday shift removed, have them write the accomodation into the contract, and find out if the 9 hour days include a 1 hour break too.
If they agree to that then I'd consider it, just check the contract for any costs associated with you leaving within a certain time frame- training costs etc.
I don't know if they are offering you less as an Indian, so go in with the assumption it's due to you being a graduate.
Try to have them write some training plans or expectations into your contract so you know you'll have the chance to grow and develop your skills etc. |
