I wouldn’t use the tories as a yard stick. Merely saying progressive in comparison & they are the next biggest party in Scotland & biggest in UK.

Independence in my eyes was the key to be self determining. Without self determination - it’s like playing chess with only half the pieces... chances of winning are slim.

Yes, in terms of addiction I don’t disagree. However from a public perspective I believe (my view) that cutting that over day centres, childcare, etc looks better. As I say - sometimes there aren’t good choices - just less bad. If you don’t have the money to pay for everything.

The energy funding criteria is poor. I think the idea was to get money out fast. Unfortunately, that does lead to some people being missed. But council tax banding in general comes with its own issues.

I’m not SNP fan; however I think Labour need to take real responsibility for the losses in Scotland. I often wonder why Scotland doesn’t have a Labour/left party that is pro independence. How can Labour be representative of the country without acting or considering the benefits of independence. Problem with devolved governments and parties - is that the major parties are still acting in the interest of the party at large.
